What if I need to return or exchange my product purchased at Shop Big Sky Harley?

Your complete satisfaction is very important to us. If it doesn’t fit, or it’s just not what you expected we are happy to refund or exchange your order for another product or size if available.

Please return your product within 30 days. If past 30 days, we can consider exceptions, but please contact us first. Our return period is extended to Jan 31st for holiday gifts, purchased in November and December.

Please ship to our returns processing center address below. Include with your order a copy of your original invoice, with clear instructions on the exchange needed or refund. Please leave a contact phone number. We will contact you only if the product is not available or we need to collect additional payment or issue a refund for a price difference.

Exceptions and Disclaimers : Products must be returned in new and re-sellable condition. Tags must be attached to all clothing. Clothing must have not been worn or washed. Other items, including parts, must be in the original undamaged packaging, complete with all items. We will not accept returns or exchanges on all electrical parts. Due to strict Dept of Transportation regulations, Helmets cannot be returned or exchanged. Service manuals, installed parts and accessories cannot be returned or exchanged. There are no returns or exchanges on any Clearance or Layaway items. Please contact us first if you have concerns or questions about your return. Any original shipping costs are not refunded. A 20% restocking fee may apply.

Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for your return to be processed.

Can I return a Helmet if it doesn't fit?

Due to strict DOT regulations, we are unable to accept any returns on helmets that are purchased from our online store. Please make sure you visit our sizing chart page to verify the appropriate size needed before purchasing.

If you have any questions or need assistance in this, we'd love to help you. You can contact us via phone, email, chat, or SMS text and expect a quick response during normal business hours.

 

I bought the wrong electronic part, can I return it to you?

Electrical and electronic parts are never allowed to be returned. Most of the electrical parts we sell are designed to be installed into 1 motorcycle and then are considered 'married' to that vehicle. Because of this, we can not accept these items back for a refund or for an exchange.

Please consult with us before purchasing if you're unsure of fitment or would require more explanation on the part.

 

The clothing that I bought doesn't fit me, what can I do?

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're finding that any apparel (jacket, pants, shirts, shoes, hats, etc) you have purchased just doesn't fit the way you want it to, we'd be happy to exchange for a different size. There are few rules that we require you follow in order to process your exchange.

  1. Please make sure the item is in like new and sellable condition. Tags should still be in place on the item
  2. Exchanges will only be honored within 30 days of receiving the order
  3. Please email us when as soon as you're aware that you'd like to perform an exchange.

All items wishing to be exchanged will need to be returned to our shop and will need to be approved by our online staff before any exchange will be processed.

Am I able to add any additional items to an existing order?

Of Course. If you would like to contact us via email and advise us of your additional items, we'd be more than happy to combine with your existing order and ship all items together. Freight fees still apply, but if we find that we can save you money on your freight by combining order, we will let you know and credit back accordingly.

 

Can I get my order overnighted to me?

Of Course. We'd be happy to overnight your order if the items are in stock and ready to be processed. Please email us during normal business hours so we can work out additional freight charges that will apply or add a note to your order during your checkout.

 

I don't live in the United States, can you ship to me?

We are only permitted to sell and ship items to the continental United States. This excludes Hawaii and AFO, APO.

 

I placed an online order and received confirmation. Now I'm being told my item is coming from a supplier? What does this mean?

We carry a vast inventory and stock of genuine Harley-Davidson clothing & apparel along with Harley-Davidson motorcycle parts & accessories. All items are from our supplier at Harley-Davidson as we are licensed to purchase and re-sell from the motor company.

Due to increasing demands, sometimes items are sold that need to be special ordered from the supplier (in most cases, Harley-Davidson). When this occurs, we will you notify you via email as soon as possible explaining that your item(s) is available and will be coming to our shop in a set number of days (normally anywhere from 7-10 business days to receive in our shop). Unfortunately, these items that are special ordered from our supplier can not be 'drop shipped' to a customer's location and must be shipped to our shop since we placed the special order. Once we have received the special order, we will then ship out to you while also providing an email confirmation along with your tracking information.

While most special orders are received within 7-10 business days from the date they are placed online, our policies do state that all orders can take 14 days to arrive. Vendor Direct items usually take longer (Painted Parts, Key Coded parts, Engine and Performance Upgrades, manuals etc). Please note that many of our products go on backorder from our supplier, and that we do not have control over the timing of backorder dates. When these cases do come up, we will notify you accordingly.

I found the same part elsewhere at a better price. Will you price match?

We absolutely price match. Email us regarding the part and price.

 

I'm a military veteran, do you offer any discounts?

Our shop is a full Harley-Davidson dealership and is located in Great Falls, MT. We do offer a military discount as well a HOG membership discounts when you shop in our store. Our online shop has listed all items at a fair and discounted price. If you're able to find prices online that beat ours, let us know and we'll of course price match.
