Returns and Exchanges

Your complete satisfaction is very important to us. If it doesn’t fit, or it’s just not what you expected we are happy to exchange your order for another product or size.

Please let us know within 30 days. If past 30 days, we may consider exceptions, but please contact us first. Our return period is extended to Jan 31st for holiday gifts, purchased in November and December.

If approved return to the address below with a copy of your original invoice and your contact information.

Exceptions and Disclaimers : Products must be returned in new and re-sellable condition. Tags must be attached to all clothing. Clothing must have not been worn or washed. Other items, including parts, must be in the original undamaged packaging, complete with all items. We will not accept returns or exchanges on all electrical parts. Due to strict Dept of Transportation regulations, Helmets cannot be returned or exchanged. Service manuals, installed parts and accessories cannot be returned or exchanged. There are no returns or exchanges on any Clearance or Layaway items. Please contact us first if you have concerns or questions about your return. Any original shipping costs are not refunded. A 20% restocking fee will apply to all returns.

Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for your return to be processed.
